In the fall of 2017, a brand new professional-calibre venue for cultural activities, le Quai 5160 – Maison de la culture de Verdun, opened its doors in the heart of the Borough of Verdun, along the riverbanks. Located in the former Guy-Gagnon building, these modern facilities can house a 300-seat theatre for shows, an exhibition hall and a cultural mediation room as well as Verdun's circus school, whose renovated premises have been accessible to the public since the fall of  2016. At the entrance to the building, a magnificent glass lobby overlooking the river is able to accommodate 500 people for numerous events.
