For the answer ...
Answer: B) Denis Savard
Denis Savard grew up in Verdun and spent his junior hockey days here. In 1977, he and two other boys, also named Denis, were drafted to the Montreal Junior League, which practised and played its home games at the Verdun Auditorium. "The three Denis", as they were called, played in the same trio. In 1980, Denis Savard was drafted in the first round by the Chicago Blackhawks. In 1990, he was traded to the Montreal Canadiens, where he and his team won the Stanley Cup in 1993. All in all, Denis Savard played 1196 games in the National Hockey League. On June 30, 1998, in recognition of his contribution to the City of Verdun, the municipal authorities adopted a resolution to name the Verdun Auditorium annex Aréna Denis-Savard. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in November 2000.
